Welcome to JSONfree (json3.com, “the Site”, operated by JSONfree 运营团队). These Terms form an agreement between you and the Site regarding your use of all online tools on the Site. Please read them carefully; the disclaimer, limitation of liability and dispute-resolution clauses are highlighted. By using the Site you accept these Terms.
1. Introduction and scope
These Terms apply to all online tools provided by the Site (including but not limited to formatting, validation, minification, repair, conversion, visualization, code generation, Schema, query/decode and data generation). The service is currently entirely free, ad-free and requires no registration.
2. Acceptance
Your use of the Site means you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Minors should use the Site with the consent and guidance of a guardian (consistent with the Privacy Policy). If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Site.
3. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You must use the Site lawfully and properly. You may not: scrape the Site at high frequency, stress-test it, or carry out denial-of-service attacks; reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise damage the Site; resell or commercialize the service itself; or use the tools to process data you are not authorized to process, or any unlawful or infringing content.
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s code, interface design, copy and brand name belong to the operator and are protected by applicable law. Data you input yourself belongs to you — the Site claims no rights over it and does not access or store it (consistent with the Privacy Policy).

The Site is provided on an “as-is” (AS-IS) and “as-available” (AS-AVAILABLE) basis, without any express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness of tool results, or the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service. Results are for reference only and you should verify them for any formal use.
Important 6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including data loss, business interruption, etc.) arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. This clause does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under the law (such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or statutory liability for personal injury).
7. Termination and changes to the service
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue part or all of the service at any time. You may stop using the Site at any time. As the Site has no account system, there is no account suspension or deletion process.
8. Changes to these Terms and notice
We may update these Terms from time to time and publish them on this page; for material changes we will give prominent notice and update the effective date. Your continued use after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Important 9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms — their formation, interpretation and dispute resolution — are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes arising from the Site should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a claim before a court of competent jurisdiction. The Site makes no unilateral choice of jurisdiction unfavorable to consumers.
10. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect (severability). These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Site. Our failure or delay in exercising any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
11. Cookies and local storage
The Site uses no tracking cookies and only uses functional local storage (localStorage) to keep interface preferences and recent edits, which you can clear yourself. See the Privacy Policy for details.
